Reload the adhoc tickets tab by clicking "Adhoc Tickets" again
Click "CREATE ADHOC TICKET" again.
Before you change what type of ticket you work on, wait for the page to load completely - there should be no spinning wheels anywhere on your screen.
Now you can change ticket types.
When you change ticket types, a text box should open asking "are you sure you want to continue?"
If you don't get this box, repeat the above steps once again
