Click the three vertical dot at the top right corner of your Chrome Browser
Select "More tools" then select "Clear Browsing Data..."
Go to the "Advanced" tab
Uncheck everything except for:
"Cookies and other site data"
"Cached images and files"
Click "Clear data"
Now press the alt key and the F4 key on your keyboard at the same time. This will force Google Chrome to close, allowing it to be rebooted.
