The username for a Cellarbrations / Bottle-O / Big Bargain user is 8 digits long (It is their unique ALM store code).
The first two digits of each ALM store code (their usernames) represents the state in which the store resides.
If a store user is having trouble logging in, first find out what username they are using (to ensure it exists)
If the store user is using a six digit code, as them to use the full eight digit ALM code as their username.
The first two digits of each state are as follows:
NSW: 71
VIC: 72
QLD: 73
WA: 74
SA: 75
NT: 76
TAS: 77
